my car got towed

because I forget it was street cleaning day. Anyway it was $130 to get it back from the towing company. I still I have a ticket to pay. But I was pissed and decided to be a prick, so I after I went to the atm, I went to one of those 24 hr cash checking places that only spanish immigrants use, and got $130 worth of coins. I went to the towing company and tried to pay in coins to get my car back. They wouldn't except them. I told them it was all I had, they didn't care, I told them they were illegally holding my car, and then I called the police on them.

The cops showed up, and the manager decided to except the coins, he started to count them and then after a few rolls just said fuck it.

I still think I got fucked on the sign, because where I was parked the signs are all fucked up this week because I movie is being filmed, so no one knows where to park because half the street has cones , and trailers all over the fucking place.

I almost got my car impounded the other night for not having some stupid emissions test.

I had no cash on me, Mrs. Durito had to give the traffic cop $15 (all she had) and we got let go. Last time I had to pay $50. bs.

I dont know about illegal, but when the city has a contract with a towing company, and you have to pay the towing company to get your car back it is a little more tricky. It was after banking hours when I went to get my car, if I waited till tomorrow to go to the bank, I would have had an additional storage fee. So think one could make the argument the towing company is refusing my payment, so they can gain an additional storage fee.
