My BetOnline payout experience

I have not been playing at BetOnline for very long, a couple of months maybe.

This is my first request for a payout from this book.

Requested $1200 via moneybookers on Sunday evening from BOL.

They tell me there is a fee of $30 for processing, I say ok.

Sunday they tell me the request is complete and will be reviewed Monday morning.

Monday morning I see the $1200 deducted from my sportsbook cash balance.

As I write this I have yet to receive the funds in my moneybookers account. They told me the process can take "up to" 36 hours to complete. I expect my money to hit my moneybookers account later today.

Two minutes after posting I received an email from moneybookers advising me:

"You have just received money from Bestline Sports ([email protected])."

I got my payout.

Mudcat, what has your experience been with Matchbook regarding moneybooker payouts?

Were they fast? Did they ask for ID or a copy of a utility bill or something?

Matchbook has been very good. Same day - usually within a couple hours.

Most recent experiences: last Thursday and Monday.

tried to get a check was told we can't send to p.o. box
Money gram then, was told $800 max $80 fee
transfer then to 5dimes... yes, was there same day free

I agree.

I also wish more books were setup like 5Dimes, Ladbrokes, Carib where you go to the cashier page when logged in to your account and withdraw funds, too many books require you to phone in to make a withdrawal. Also, many CR based books leave the money in your account while processing the withdrawal, Aussie and UK books remove the funds immediately from your balance.
