How does April Wine rank on your list of Candian bands? I was going through my archives, these guys are great. Kind of burned and died here in the states in the early 80's.

April Wine is still going strong playing lots of gigs in Canada. They played St. Johns NL yesterday and are playing in Bonavista NL today. See www.aprilwine.ca for more info.

24/7, I really wish I had a chance to see them live. As a tgeenager, I remember they got good U.S. airplay, but for a very short time. I hear a lot of April Wine when I hear Night Ranger, and that is no disrespect to April Wine...

I saw April Wine live once backing up Rush at Maple Leaf Gardens. Although that was decades ago there is still a little part of their show that is very memorable to me.

I never really followed them closely but I have a general level of respect for them.
