You know, a lot of Republican ideals actually have great merit. If they could stop trying to impose their brand of morality on everyone they could take a lot of Western countries by storm. Moral superiority doesn't sell well anymore, if it truly ever did anyways.

Years ago when Neteller stopped allowing Canadians to use Neteller to send funds to gambling sites I had a decent argument with Willie Bee.

My position was that the American gov't fucked Canadians in their deal with the Neteller execs who feared prosecution.

The deal the American gov't arranged with Neteller was the reason they would no longer serve Canadian customers even though Neteller head office was located in Calgary and they were doing nothing illegal in Canada.
Willie insisted it was the Canadian gov't that pressured Neteller to stop doing business with Canadians, this was not true at all. The government here had no reason to interfere with a law abiding Canadian corporation that was operating properly and efficiently.

The reason the US didn't want Neteller to serve Canadians is because of the proximity to the US and that any American with enough interest could easily setup an account with a Canadian address and circumvent the US deal.

I loved Neteller, I could go to any branch of Bank of Montreal and deposit cash directly into Netellers account with zero fees and have instant access to my money, I also like that withdrawals took about 15mins to my Neteller debit card. I could walk to the closest ABM and get cash.
 
The U.S. DOJ has been pressuring the Canadian authorities to extradite Marc Emery for years now and the Canadian government doesn't give a shit. Americans are horribly guilty of assuming their government has far more influence than it truly does. In the current global stage a good relationship with America is more often a detriment and hindrance than it is an advantage.

Willie was just talking out of his ass as usual. And I'm bummed I never used Neteller back when it was available, it sounds truly paradisaical.

Requested a moneybookers payout last week at around 2am and when i checked the next day around noonish the money was in my moneybookers account. So that was ok by me.

Muddy: My last MB payout from matchy was transfered in about 2 hours. $2500 NP. I haven't made a withdrawal this month so I don't know, but if cobra is saying he's being paid quickly that's a good sign.
