Yes, what they call Test Matches. That's the original form and played with different tactics.

Then there's the ODI (one day internationals) they last for around 8 hours. They play them for 50 Overs.

Then there's the twenty-twenty version, played only for 20 Overs. Last around 3 - 3 1/2 hours like a baseball game.

Oh man when I was a kid in Bermuda we were playing cricket in our P.E. class one day. It was time to pack it up and this kid threw a ball in from way out to the coach, who was ready to catch it. But this other kid standing a few feet in front of the coach reached his bat up in the air to try to knock it down.

All it did was just nick it to change the angle ever-so-slightly and it hit coach right in his face and opened him up. Pretty gross.

Kid with the bat started sobbing because Coach was a big dood.

I used to play some mean wicket keeper for Devonshire Parish back in the day.
