Milan is NYC lite in a different language. Was not impressed. Venice and Florence are impressive.

Budapest is worth the long trip to Western Europe.

. No...I'm the only one in my family including the young ones who hasn't. my nieces and nephews have been numerous times and even lived there at different periods. I have never left North America. I wasted way too much vacation time in Vegas...one of my bigger life regrets. I've seen Mexico and Canada...that's it. One day when I have more time there are a few places I would like to see before I die, Italy is one.


I am I in awe of all these travels done by some the GL troop...Blitty, Mr. X etc. I have to live vicariously for now.

I went from Michigan to Indiana this morning, even crossed from the eastern to central time zone - and back. So it took me 15 minutes, didn't have to deal with customs.
