So her mistake was apparently asking why something was racist. Was it ignorant? Well yeah. But not even having the ability to want to educate yourself on culture in a public forum aka discourse is when phrases like "Maoist China" get bandied about. Her mistake was apologizing because redemption is not a word contained within the regressive lefts dictionary.

I'm comfortable talking to anybody. I sorta see what you're getting at, but anymore those labels have zero meaning. I thought this was a decent discussion. I think people get lost in labels and demagoguery that have been instilled in them through repetition in media.

Watched that debate. Several years ago I enjoyed watching young turks but around 2015 Cenk and Ana changed. Now they're little more than regressive partisan hacks on most issues...

I enjoy debating but as a centrist I definitely know that the way you frame words has to be much softer when around current day regressivist liberals aka npc's...

What confuses me about the regressive left (and one of the issues that does them in) is that they they have no issue appropriating against the right (or their own, see avenatti) yet factually support the biggest proponents of right wing ideology, that being Islam.

Would be lying if I said that there weren't certain elements that had me concerned (eg the fact that you can't leave the faith. Oppression much?? Freedom of choice? ) and I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd express this view. Blasphemy laws within the culture will ensure that liberalism will never have a voice in this arena, meaning the opposing viewpoint will always win and the mere fact that we're not even allowed to start a discussion around these issues should tell people the level of suppression that they're ever slowly being indoctrinated with...

On the edge of the dark sea of darkness we stand, waiting, wanting for the abyss to envelope the freedom of speech and expression we once held so dear.
