Unfortunately it's an old city that appears to have infrastructure issues! Supposedly many east coast US cities could have the same problem in the future!

Ottawa is not even that old. Toronto was founded in 1793 (Montreal, in 1642!)

22 floors up minus all the numbers they skipped (4, 13 & 14) so really only 19. Chinese superstition.

Fuck the burbs. Wife just got a promotion and her job is very very specific.

I've only seen the crazy neighbour once since she came back. I can hear her when she opens the door to her social worker (she has someone show up twice a week to check on her.) Anyway she seems slow and heavily medicated. In a good way. :
