Losing patience with Costa Rica based books

Regarding payouts. Just got off chat with CS at BetPhoenix, they tell me a moneybookers withdrawal can only be requested via chat or telephone and takes up to 10 days to process!

I usually just go to the cashier page at the better books and make my request, within minutes my payout is processed.

Had similar experiences with a couple other CR based books.

Why can't they be like Pinnacle/Ladbrokes/Carib? Payouts in minutes!

I doubt I'll be making another deposit at BetPhoenix once I receive this payout from them. 10 days is unacceptable.
 
Last time I requested a Moneybookers payout from Phoenix I did it online through the website. I guess you're saying that is no longer available. That's bad.

It took a lot more than 10 days to process. It was quite a fiasco. It had a happy ending though - when they gave me a big bonus for my trouble.

I have talked to other people about payout experiences at the Phoenix group in general (meaning Wagerchief, Betmania). They are just not quite there. They need to get organized. I see no reason why they can't get themselves organized - so many books I have dealt with blow them out of the water on payouts so it is obviously do-able - but Phoenix just can't/won't do it.
 
I asked BetPhoenix why it takes "up to 10 days" to process and their answer was "withdrawals must be approved by a manager".

They must think we are fucking idiots to offer such an explanation, manager approval? 10 days? GTFO!

I got 3 payouts in the last 10 days from Carib, none took more than 5 minutes. Carib must not need to have a managers approval to complete the payout.

I also got 1 payout this week from Ladbrokes, that took a whopping 4 hours! using their online system.

Yeah, thats what I was expecting to use, but when you go to the BP cashier and click the dropdown menu to select payout method its blank.

Wallay! I'm running good right now, got very lucky with the Raiders/Cardinals game, had the Cards +1.5 to close out a teaser and Raiders blow a game winning chipshot fg with no time left.

Was big on the MNF under as well, now I need to collect.
 
I don't necessarily go along with the "Costa Rica" part of the title. I had a same day high-4-figures Moneybookers payout from Brobury this week. That's Costa Rica.

Looking back over the last month I see payouts inside 24 hours from Justbet, Bookmaker and 5dimes.

I don't think Phoenix' problems are about geography.

I didn't go on about all the annoyances of the CR books compared to Asian/UK/Aussie books but as far as customer service goes the CR based books could improve.

BetPhoenix is just one example, I'm too lazy to write about all the negative experiences I've had with CR based books compared to the first world bookies.
