Getting very close to the end of a loaf. It is almost decision time. Do I stick with my old habit of discarding the bread heels or do I turn over a new leaf? I'm leaning towards the new leaf. The answer could very well be 2. Soon we'll know.

No I'm with you. I always do the heels of the raisin bread. It's just a question of the regular bread. I think the people here swayed me and I will eat the regular bread heels too.

But that's easy to say. Until I actually face down the situation, we won't know for sure.
