Florida went further and did more this season than anyone would have imagined to start the season but this is a pathetic loss.

Parsons played like a pussy down the stretch hiding out in the corner praying he didn't have to touch the ball. Billy D made some terrible decisions from a coaching stand point. I understand Vernon Mac is a bad free throw shooter but the bastard had 24 points playing physical inside and you choose to play perimeter when the game counts the most?

Florida played like they expected to win and Butler simple played to win. Sucks to be a Gator fan and have to watch that final 5 minutes of regulation and then the overtime.

Pavy, I didn't think Florida would cover period. The guy who I booked the Kentucky bet with yesterday wanted a chance to win his money back by giving me Florida Straight up and I declined to take the bet.

I wanted them to cover for MF'ers sake, I wanted them to win just for fan sake but I wasn't feeling it.
 
UF has a really good baseball team and the softball team is still a contender so Gator sports is still a good thing to be a part of but losing a game like today when you know the outcome could have been different is a bitter pill to swallow. A bitter pill even if you really didn't expect to be there in the first place.


Herman, it won't be easy but Kentucky is very capable of knocking off North Carolina tomorrow. I won't be making any bold predictions but they have a solid shot.

Yep. Unbelievable. They had enough chances to blow the game wide open but every time they went away from feeding the post, they let Butler right back in the game.

Pretty sickening to watch.
