Depends what the tactics are. Seems like something bateman or someone of that ilk would do because maybe someone hurt his feelings on the forum and this is the natural bitter stalkerish retaliation.
If that is the tactic being displayed here - it is beyond stupid.
If it is 100% on the level and accurate - it is dubious at best. I can understand frustration regarding support issues, but in the wide world of deadbeats, this is pretty tame. So far he is late with October? It's now Oct. 12th. It's a bit premature to start a slowpay thread. And the figure is 4K/month? I'm guessing no one is living out of a shopping cart regardless.
Go to the back of the line of people I am worried about re deadbeats.

I got in a huge argument with a women once about how child support should be spent. A lot women figure as long as the child is taken care of, who cares how the money is spent. I find it selfish personally to spend it on yourself and not the child. Use your own money to pamper yourself.

Agreed. My brother was paying 5k a month as was living in Massachusetts which is apparently the highest state in the country on how they figure it or something. No way it takes that much to care for 2 kids even out east! I think he was responsible for college too but not sure on that. I know it was brutal though. And that was a while ago. I think part of the reason for the breakup was her spending....but again not sure on that...but all the money should go to the kids. Alimony/maintenance is another issue. I don't know how many states have alimony anymore...

I don't know how I feel about alimony/maintenance....I mean I get it as a temporary thing, to help get back on your feet, but why should someone have to support the other person? 5k is a lot. That's enough to cover, like, everything. and then some. Some people are just so greedy.
