From my recollection here over the years Tron no doubt has been the biggest fan of the Royals! Might have even put small wager on them one year to win the WS!

Kind of pulling for the Cards. They keep having changes and they are always there, and it's cool to see. Chris Carpenter retires and they don't miss a beat. The Cardinals are borderline the Spurs of MLB, and it's cool.

It's amazing how people become fans after a winning season. Royals had 10 fans outside of Kansas City this time last year and now they have millions.

I wouldn't judge St. Louis as a whole, I'm sure there's things I would and would not like about it. What I like is big fight, and when you lose a guy the caliber of Carpenter and are in the final four once again, that is BIG fight, imo.

Of note Carpenter is currently familiarizing himself with the operations of the front office but has not retained a position there.

Must be a complicated bathroom situation.

KC was the model franchise in the 70's-late 80's. If their fans are anything like the Cards fans, they are damn loyal. They were +5000 at 5 Dimes on Aug 1 to win the title.
