1. justice involved is probably right. Cause they were most likely railroaded by the system and now face many years of "involvement" with the justice.
2. Cristie tried for a desperation home run throughout that debate. Of course, just came off looking more retarded.

3. The questions were idiotic. I guess "the man" figures the public better be more interested in personal attacks and belittling of the presented goofy characters, than in any substantive debate which could present a problem for his tyrannical needs.

I seriously did. It's not an opinion piece. I saw it on the news,googled, and posted the first link I saw about the change. Justice involved...makes them sound like justice seeking boy scouts. "Juvenile Delinquent" could probably stand to be tweaked, but common...

Ridiculous reporting. Framing this as an administration policy when what you have is one press release that uses the term in a somewhat reasonable context. "Juvenile delinquent" would sound wrong in this context.

There could have been a better choice than "justice-involved", but whatever.

The big problem is it is way too late to be doing all this. The election is next November.

This is the kind of stuff that needs to be happening 10-12 years before the election.

Longer campaigns is the answer.
