Just landed us our first web design client

So talking about a mortgage situation with this guy and one thing leads to another and he is a professional musician and I am pursuing a Web Publishing degree.

Well turns out he hired some kid to do some basic work on his site and the kid took his money and ran. I won't.

The exchange is I update his site and he gives me at least one professional lesson. I add him to my portfolio for Web Design and possibly get his mortgage deal, that part is complicated.

2 people going through something remotely similar is all.

Just wanted to share something completely positive for once. Bi Polar does have it's advantages sometimes
