I get 2 nights in L.A. All food and hotel paid. All transport paid as well.

LOL you are so full of shit. In the prime years Judge Judy still never paid for food and the show does not pay. Its a real court. Yes, they will pay for your travel and hotel because you are appearing on a television program.

If you are the defendant and show up, they will pay like 20% of what you owed as compensation but thats only if you have means to get home on your own. So if Bread sued you for 5k and you showed up, they would take 1k off of the 5k, you would still owe him 4k, but you would not have a return ticket home. They never "inflate" anything. When you show up you arent in the studio audience, you are there for a trial and if you don't take it seriously you become one of the un-aired episodes where she tells you to fuck off.
