I bought a pair of jeans recently, but I think they are possessed. The zipper keeps opening up on its own. Maybe they're trying to tell me something? Can you return a pair of jeans because the fly keeps opening up? Weird.

I have a pair like this as well...they actuallly might be Kenneth Cole as well come to think of it. for some reason the zipper just comes down. I sometimes won't notice for a while...or think it is a while because it will be breezy and i look down...bam open fly. I am sure people have seen my penis that I did not intend because of this.

I never returned mine and have dealt with it for like 2 years...but I don't see why you couldn't return them.

Here is the solution.

Be sure to "set" the "handle" on the zipper by pressing it firmly against the zipper. If this doesn't solve the problem, there's more than likely a problem with the fit of the jeans that causes this, i.e., they bulge at the wrong spot in the front, perhaps when you sit, allowing the "latch" on the zipper to flip up and unzip itself. If this is the case, just get rid of them; you'll not be able to keep them zipped. A solution is to get a large safety pin and on the inside of the jeans, place the pin across the zipper just under the slide part. This won't show if you do it properly but it won't allow the slide to move either. However, don't get in a situation where you don't have time to remove the safety pin in the restroom!

The jeans that I have...it doesn't matter how the zipper is latched...I realize it is supposed to "lock" when pushed against itself but those particular jeans just want to unzip whenever.

Or, you could just go to the Kenneth Cole Store and return the jeans.
