I am reading they are slow paying.... I know I"ve asked this before but now justin has shown up at peeps backing them...... I think some watchdog sights have lost their bark.

The Phoenix books are having all kinds of trouble with payouts. Not stiffing but slow-paying and being generally goofy. (Like my recent Phoenix payout, I requested $4000 by Moneybookers and 2.5 weeks later, without consulting me, they sent $3000 by cheque).
I have heard a bunch of stories and forum scuttlebutt and it is not always easy to tell what is true. But there is enough information from people I trust to say that they are definitely struggling with payouts.
Whether that's because of processor issues or being disorganized or actual financial troubles, I don't know.

Thanks muddy for stating what's happening with you...... I am sometimes shock at sbr employees showing up at other forums and denying anything is wrong......
