Good point Robyn. If that award went to me, instead of me getting 2nd place, it would be ME who would've been IRREPLACEABLE there. But it went to Pavy and now I'm kickin empty soup cans up and down the sidewalk.

I get paid 7 points a day like everyone else and whatever change I make at the points book. If they tell me I'm not welcomed I'll leave. I make 6 digits at my job and they can't afford me as a paid poster.

We are engineers mike not contractors. My neighbor is in the same boat like you since housing bottomed out. We are also hurting but are a bit diversified in our jobs and we get by at the moment. We don't get involved with house remodelings. I wish you best luck.

I try not to get invovled in remodeling either, prefer and specialize in new construction
but right now I take what I can get to put food on the table.
I'm thinking it might turn around this yr, already more houses going up than there was this time last yr in my area
