I play at quite a few CR based books but won't keep a large balance with any of them, their advantage is being located in a country that can't/wont do anything for players should a sportsbook go broke or steal funds.

I am very comfortable leaving a big balance in Ladbrokes or Centrebet or Moneybookers as they are all regulated in first world nations.
