Do people still find this socially awkward? I am very shocked myself that the first girl I've had STRONG feelings for was black...but I'm proud of myself at the same time for having an open mind. We've had some very deep conversations, so I guess she is somewhat into me otherwise she wouldn't have shared some of the things she's shared with me.

I need to muster up the courage to ask her out on a date though, I just need a good opportunity so that it's natural and not out of left field.
