I'm here buddy! I just posted about half hour ago actually. I've been in a bit of a funk...going to physical therapy 3x a week for the shoulder and now I tweaked my back. Not doing much else really. I just impulse bought a bunch of old Beatles albums on a garage sale site and I am not even much of a Beatles fan. That's a sure sign I'm in depression mode. Going to see doctor on Friday and have her run some tests...might just be getting to be that age...despite my youthful good looks

P.S. In the event one of your bestestest GL friends was having a birthday tomorrow I bet you would have a SAST....especially when the party in question will be having an otherwise uneventful day except for physical therapy
