Withdraw $$$ from pokerstars to your moneybookers account then send funds to sportsbook.

Thats how I do it.

PS: Venditty, nevermind, this will work in Canada but won't work in USA.

I will send the $$$ to a known poster first for bookmaker transfer. Will pay $10 vig too. 250 for 240.
