I have to say no. I have seen so many mind-boggling hot starts that end up leveling out to more reasonable levels before the season is done. In all sports.
"Top 10 all time pitching season" is a helluva tall order so I'll say no. He can have an outstanding season and still not be that.
He's been impressive as hell so far though, no question.
