I took a quick glance at google and it appears some people also agree it is a bad choice - for various reasons - although none of the stuff I skimmed mentioned Urlacher.

He threw the ball 86 yards in 2009. He threw the ball 3000+ yards in 2010 with a QB rating >100. I'd say that's a very good comeback.

I'd say that's worthy of a "most improved player" award. but not a comeback player. Vick wasn't injured in 2009.
