sometimes a break or a recalibration is necessary in your life.

i had to step away from gamelive to figure who kato is.

i had to accept that to be a good husband and father i must lose most of the destructive habits.

gambol, smoking, binge drinking, et al.

sux that i had to take a leave from gamelive to figure it out. it worked.

for as crazy as my story has been the one thing I'm grateful for is that I don't have that compulsive addiction to almost anything, tobacco alcohol gambling I have been able to stop dry on command, I can easily go months without doing any of those, that has been my single most important thing to not ever fall too deep into trouble, my father was an alcoholic too so being able to take a break and recalibrate all of a sudden has been key
