4 blocks from MLKing drive today. Working with my jig who HAS to be on the job to meet federal guidelines for jobs with federal money. they are required to be there for a certain percentage of your total labor hours. I walked into his unit after I was done installing my piece of equipment. He was half done.and had the thing installed backwards.
So now I am halfway done with number 2 and he is still not done with number 1. Every trade has a few. Most jobs you can leave your battery chargers or whatever out overnight no problem. On minority jobs you have to lock everything up...or your stuff will get stolen. Gang graffiti in the Porta John goes from zero to rampant.

A skilled laborer was just laid off from the job I finished..no room for him on this job because of the minority requirements. Black aldermans nephew is working though and he is as dumb as a rock.
