My dad called me a bit ago. He is getting married for the 3rd time in a couple of weeks. He and his future wife were both recently laid off. They want to take Robyn and I out to dinner.

I told him no way I'm allowing two unemployed people to take us out to dinner but he is insisting.

What do I do? Do I just go and order a dinner salad with the after-dinner mint? This is ridiculous!

Well I am not sure anyone looks forward to birthdays after you turn 21. I do like that I have a day that I can act like a complete dick and I can't get shit for it. The other 364 days of the year I am shit out of luck.
