i set my alarm to wake up about the time i thought you would be up yacking your guts up:tully:... just checking in on you buddy. Stevies, tell me a story, i have exactly 7 minutes and then i have to leave for a while...

Good morning.

Done throwing up it seems it has graduated to coming out of the other end. This is a good thing I think.

Let's see a story. OK I got big into the smoking in here. There was an ash that fell and I couldn't find it for the life of me. I could smell the carpet burning. I found myself sleeping next to my fire extinguisher. I now no longer smoke in here except the bathroom here and there.

Tris wants me to meet the "little ones" this weekend. This along with the flu has rendered me incontinent. I do need to fuck her really bad though. I think either way we will go on a date for New Years, which should be good.

White shirt guy (Mark) is back in the picture. I am pretty pleased about this.

I have been wheening off alcohol and cigarettes and I do think I got the flu but wheening off those isn't helping.

Minimart girl is real cool. I called her when I was at the worst of my sickness and she couldn't have been sweeter, saying to come on over and she would make me something. I couldn't for fear of being "just threw up in Minimart" guy.

I do think if I get back on a normal diet and hydrate shit should return to normal.

Patty closes tomorrow (closes tomorrow) which is cool. Very cool lady good to get her done I totally stole her from another broker who just couldn't get her what she wanted.

Hmm think that's all I got.

I really appreciate the gesture of this thread. Honestly I was vomiting so much I thought I could be dying so good for things to be coming back.

Chit I missed the 7 minutes part sorry man.

 :grouphug:

Man you drive a tough bargain Plommer.

How bout those Vikes last night? Sick.

How bout my Flyers getting their butts handed to them 2 games straight now? Sicker.

It smells in here. It is my ass. I can't stop farting or defecating.

i honestly think the show "Baitcar" is hysterical. i like how the po po get their message out. I like those commercials she the people get pulled over the you see purple drink up to the top of the door then they open the door and it all pours out.

I think eggs for breakfast then chicken for lunch then if I don't feel like I will crap myself in public and minimart girl can make me a "flip". She really nailed it last time I told her that if I dropped bacon from the new one it had better shatter and wouldn't you know it she really made it happen. I'm not sure what she wants from me exactly. If I call her she always talks until I hang up.

I made a drunk video this weekend where I smashed a guitar. I don't know why. It is pretty disturbing. I will post when it is appropriate. Man we are up to like 15 seconds now huh. I have to work at 8.

Pretty good article on quitting smoking here. I haven't quit entirely but I did cut down to the point where i do feel like some of this is withdrawal symptoms from that.

Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms & Recovery

The first few weeks after quitting smoking are usually the most difficult and it's safe to say that it normally takes at least 8-12 weeks before a person starts to feel comfortable with their new lifestyle change of being an ex-smoker. Withdrawal from nicotine, an addictive drug found in tobacco, is characterized by symptoms that include headache, anxiety, nausea and a craving for more tobacco. Nicotine creates a chemical dependency, so that the body develops a need for a certain level of nicotine at all times.

Unless that level is maintained, the body will begin to go through withdrawal. For tobacco users trying to quit, symptoms of withdrawal from nicotine are unpleasant and stressful, but only temporary. Most withdrawal symptoms peak 48 hours after you quit and are completely gone in six months.
When you are experiencing symptoms of recovery (withdrawal), remind yourself of why you are quitting; write your reasons on a card and keep it with you. Remind yourself that whatever discomfort you are experiencing is only a tiny fraction of the probable discomfort associated with continued smoking (i.e. Painful diseases like cancer, surgery, chemotherapy, emphysema etc.).

Withdrawal in the First Two Weeks

Because the first two weeks are so critical in determining quitting failure rates, smokers should not be shy about seeking all the help they can during this period.

Withdrawal symptoms begin as soon as four hours after the last cigarette, generally peak in intensity at three to five days, and disappear after two weeks. They include both physical and mental symptoms.

Physical Symptoms.

During the quitting process people should consider the following physical symptoms of withdrawal as they were recuperating from a disease and treat them accordingly as they would any physical symptoms:

Tingling in the hands and feet
Sweating
Intestinal disorders (cramps, nausea)
Headache
Cold symptoms as the lungs begin to clear (sore throats, coughing, and other signs of colds and respiratory problem)

Mental and Emotional Symptoms.

Tension and craving build up during periods of withdrawal, sometimes to a nearly intolerable point. One European study found that the incidence of workplace accidents increases on No Smoking Day, a day in which up to 2 million smokers either reduce the amount they smoke or abstain altogether.

Nearly every moderate to heavy smoker experiences more than one of the following strong emotional and mental responses to withdrawal.

Feelings of being an infant: temper tantrums, intense needs, feelings of dependency, a state of near paralysis.
Insomnia
Mental confusion
Vagueness
Irritability
Anxiety
Depression is common in the short and long term. In the short term it may mimic the feelings of grief felt when a loved one is lost. As foolish as it sounds, a smoker should plan on a period of actual mourning in order to get through the early withdrawal depression.

"feelings of being an infant"..."mental confusion" ... its safe to say that everyone here is in a constant state of withdrawal.

thanks for the story stevie...i had to run up to the hospital for a bit and when i got here i was told to leave the room for a while...i could have stayed home

stevie, i thought you had already met the little ones...hence you getting in trouble for telling one of them to shut the fuck up...maybe you just met the one...

i was thinking that you could have mini mart girl bring you over a shitload of gatorade and a flip, but you might want to have a maid come in first...

goot luck with the ABC's today, but i gotta tell ya, :fok: a bunch of working right now during holidays...everyone i know, that has a job they actually go to, is slacking off big fucking time this week.

Ok the stfu thing happened over the phone man. That's why I didn't get why it was such a big deal. The more I think about it the more I want nothing to do with that specific kid. I know it is really because he is only 1.

What are you going to the hospital for so much for RR? Is someone you know laid up? I hope it works out man definitely.

I agree on the normal people slacking off at work but I have this thing called a pipeline I have to maintain or it all goes down in flames. Plus all that happens for the closing is my closing agent closes her, my work is done on the file. Then I make my mish.

Agreed on the pacing. The broken guitar vid did not need to happen. Lame.

Alright work time thanks a lot for checking in and be goot.

make the most of these days stevies...even if people you talk to are slacking off, if they see you busting ass during the holidays, it looks good for future business...

Pretty damn cool of you do be there for her.

The rest is noted. Vid soon.

It will hurt Coug's feelings but it is just my backup.

Yeah the kid is a tight squeeze for me man. Not sure I can deal with it. But she is very damn cool and I am really into her. Really have to think it out.

The flu has mostly subsided. Now it is just an endless, and I mean endless stream of gas. I'm kind of enjoying it actually. Not lighting anything in here as the place would blow up.
