I will put up a few plays before I leave. Never bet on the NIT but looking at the games last night was leaning more towards road teams? Look at some past year scores and saw the home team usually prevailed? We need your help on deciding on which play or possibly Tully has something he is feeling strong about? Leave it up to your guys so MrsMonkey will put my play in for me! Thanks!

Northeastern +7.5
Texas tech +9
VCU -2.5
Jackson St +21

Not too confident about any particular play! Had to make a best bet, so took TTech? I seem to be following the money too much here with these selections! Anyone liking TT-SHall Under 160?

Seton Hall defense ranked 310 overall and 321 at home
Seton Hall offense ranked 8 overall and 5 at home
Tech 37th overall offense

This has the making of a run and gun 80's or 90's both teams. I do not like the under here.
Tech is 1-8 in last 9 and I would not be surprised to see Seton Hall blow them out of the gym. So I do not like either one of the bets on that game.

I do like the VCU -3 pick

-Highest RPI (66th) by any team not in the NIT or NCAA Tournaments. VCU had six wins against the top-100 in the RPI, three of which were against top-50 teams, two of which made the NCAA Tournament (Richmond and Old Dominion)
-VCU beat both A10 opponents Richmond 65-57 and Rhode Island 82-80 this year
- GW and VCU have shared six opponents this year with VCU going 7-1 and the Colonials going 4-3.
(info from VCU Athletics page)

I do like the VCU play.

I am not a fan of the Texas Tech play as Seton Hall was playing very well down the stretch in the toughest most physical conference. Tech played in a top heavy Big 12 and really didn't look good the entire year and was blown out by some pretty average looking teams.
