I was on NYY/LAA OVER 10 prior to seeing xpansive's pick so that's 2 people that like it.

I like the fact that the # was set pretty high. I see it's moved to 10.5 @ most places now.

I will put forward my Best Bet for today.

Chelsea v Bolton
Under 3.25 goals (currently +104 at BetPhoenix)

Bolton will do what they always do against top teams and seek to flood the midfield. As long as Chelsea do not get a very early goal, I can see a nervous performance from them.
 
Diamondbacks +154

Kershaw has never beaten the Diamondbacks and he struggled in his first start of the season. Meanwhile the Diamondbacks offense is clicking and has scored 41 runs so far this year which is 4th in baseball. I played this on the overnights at +163, but still see value at +154.

This is how I would do it...........


The designated poster of the day suggests a minimum of 3 plays. Then everyone gives their likes and dislikes about the picks. I'll give an example:


Daft picks WAS +200, PITT +180 and SFO/ATL UNDER 7 (-110) and Pally doesn't like any of them, Pally posts "I don't support any of these picks". Pally is essentially casting a NO vote.

What I'm getting at is I think sometimes people feel compelled to pick one of the choices to just go with the flow when they really have no opinion on any of them.
 
Just seems to lose some of the interaction this way as opposed to other way.

Also..let's say it is Scholar's turn. Not many others here are going to be knowledgeable enough about tennis to throw a play out there. That takes RS out of his wheelhouse.

I enjoyed having a variation...stevek hockey, rs tennis, juror soccer, illy mma...etc etc. I know there was a complaint about 4 straight days of hooops, but that was a very big period for basketball, so it came naturally.

Not complaining after 2 days of doing it this way. Just sayin is all...
