I am a huge proponent of tending to the emotional needs of women within reason. Remembering birthday’s and other special day’s, bringing them flowers and the occasional gift out of the blue and really listening to them when they are having a bad day or they just REALLY need to talk. All of those things I tend to do as well as any guy could and better than many would.

However, the situation you describe goes beyond basic or even somewhat overly emotional and borders on psychotic which is where I draw the line. Some women (men too for that matter) are overly emotional and there is no amount of patience or compassion on anyone’s part that will ever be enough.
