my college strength coach, gives a nice demonstration of an exercise for advanced trainees that will keep you sore for days, and work everything in your core and then some. in 1-3 sets and 1-6 mins.

wow, you couldnt be more wrong daffy...its never a waste of time to do any type of workout... you build abs/core muscles just like you build any other muscle in the body when you work them out...you just cant see them like you see other muscles because of where they are... if people knew how to diet properly to lose body fat, they would be able to see the effects of doing crunches and other ab workouts...i agree that it is a shame that so many clueless fucks think that doing ab workouts alone will allow them to achieve and see a 6 pack and i get the point you were trying to make...

btw, this is an awesome ab exercise and it does take some serious upper body/back strength to do...but for god sakes, anyone who attempts this, please stretch or you will pull muscles you never knew you had.

people do ab workouts so they can see the results, not build their core.
