I’m interested in the Northeast. I was there for a minute back in the day with a former girlfriend. Maine I think it was. I have cousins in Sarasota, Florida and I’ve been to Florida…

Any hidden treasures you all can share ?

Forget NJ and go to Ocean City, MD. Haven't been there in like almost 10 years but town in the summer is 50% Steelers fans and 50% Raven fans. I would think you being in Pittsburgh you might know people that go there?

Have to visit place called Secrets on 49th street.

Seacrets takes on a laid-back beach vibe through the décor, Jamaican-inspired cuisine and entertainment.Ocean City’s Waterfront Hot Spot
Transport yourself from Ocean City, Maryland to the tropical Caribbean with a trip to Seacrets. The bar, restaurant, nightclub and concert venue is a popular waterfront locale along the Isle of Wight Bay. Known as “Destination Jamaica, U.S.A.,” Seacrets takes on a laid-back beach vibe through the décor, Jamaican-inspired cuisine and entertainment.

What once began as a locals-only bar has now transformed into a must-visit for Ocean City vacationers. The property now boasts several bars, performance areas, a clothing boutique, radio station and distillery. Listed on The Daily Meal’s “Best Beach Bars in America,” Seacrets is a cocktail, dining and nightlife hot spot year-round, but it really heats up when the weather does.

Seacrets Food and Drink Menu

While most come to Seacrets for the high-energy beach parties, be sure to indulge in a meal and handcrafted cocktail while you’re there.

Eating at Seacrets

Seacrets is also a full-service restaurant, serving lunch and dinner. Complementing the restaurant’s island theme, Seacrets serves a number of Jamaican-influenced dishes, including jerk chicken, Jamaican pizza, Caribbean quesadilla and more. A majority of the menu consists of dishes made with locally sourced seafood. Non-seafood menu items include burgers, salads, ribs, steak and more. Seacrets changes their menu seasonally. The warm weather months offer lighter and more casual fare, while the off season sees more steaks and seafood dinners.

Seacrets even offers a kid’s menu with simple eats, including grilled cheese, chicken tenders, burgers, pizza and more. While the locale is geared towards a more adult crowd, Seacrets does allow children.

Enjoy your meal on the large beach dining area under cooling palm trees. During winter, the inside bar area becomes a sit-down dining room.

Drinking at Seacrets

Seacrets serves a number of beers and wines, including their own Tropicale wheat ale. While you’re there, don’t miss out on a handcrafted cocktail. These specialty drinks, many made with Seacrets own distilled spirits, are perfect for relaxing in the water or sipping while listening to live music.
The most unique aspect to Seacrets is the option to enjoy a drink and food right in the bay. Servers will come right to your table in the water or raft to take your order during the summer months.

Unreal party place! Look at some of these pics. There's tiki BARS everywhere all over the place. And if I remember right the floor is dirt/sand throughout the place. Remember walking in the bathroom and hoping it was water/whatever and not piss.

The seating in the water is new to me but use to be people would ride in those single seating jet skis, wave runners whatever and just park them there.

Of course you could go to this shithole Ocean City in NJ ...... a dry town to boot! And Wildwood isn't wild or cool anymore from what I have been told. I see some seaweed come ashore but not any hypodermic needles thank God!

@Shortstop Here's a classy place to eat at in OCMD. Just outside the main drag exiting OC on the south side.

I see still ranked high at #8 out of 276.
We got lucky to sit outside on the top balcony. Maybe too hot for some (table umbrellas eh) but when close to the water LOVE being outside. Little pricy ..... but IMO was well worth it! Of course wear proper shorts but SS don't think have to tell you no tank tops/barefeet like at Secrets.

Here's another good one @Shortstop .... I LOVE TO EAT!

Place is hidden on the bayside right on the water. Went close to sunset and by the time we left around 9 or so I believe it was like a fun club experience beginning probably late into the night for all ages.

Had a table like this by the water ....
