RIP Big George

Yap, people die - they sure do.

Really big thing in Tokyo apparently, people dying alone and being found because of the smell.

Quasi-related, I read an article citing stats about a growing number of Japanese people who are completely disinterested in sex. It was awhile ago so I don't remember the exact numbers - and I don't even remember how reliable an article it seemed - but it was significant. Like a percentage in the 30's? Is that possible?

Not people who are looking for relationships and failing - talkin' people in their prime years - 20's, 30's, 40's - completely disinterested.

:dunno:

My ex, after we broke up, used to have a deal with a girlfriend to make daily contact and if it didn't happen, they would know something was wrong. I imagine that is still going on.

I once asked Jenny if she would like us to have a formal thing like that - with all her health travails - since our natural contact ebbs and flows - but she just laughed it off.

Interesting thing with me not long ago. One day I was late for work and didn't call in right away - car trubbles ----> Harmony immediately started looking for me. Like she had the boss call me and whatnot. That same morning.

I guess I am just that freakin' reliable (predictable?) that any variation seemed actionable. She was worried.

I was gratified and told Harmony that was very nice. Dying is always a possibility and I live alone at the moment and I would prefer not to stink the joint out.
