What a moron. Apparently he is being charged with DUI and people were honking and screaming at him as he drove the Dump truck into the bridge with the bin still up in the air.

Yeah, I gotta say - yes, dude's a tard - and the DUI part is inexcusable - but I'm not going to pretend I can't relate on some level. As I get older and more decrepit I find more and more that I forget obvious things and do absent-minded shit.

Would I do that? I don't think so. At the very least I would notice the honking and hollering and get myself straightened away before I got anywhere.

But I'm not going to say I find this impossibly ridiculous.
