Washington's Sonshine Organics Also Features A Marijuana Farmer's Market Twice A Month

"A medical marijuana access point in Olympia, Washington, has taken convenience to the next level, opening a drive-through window for patients.

Having visited about 70 collectives now in my capacity as "Toke Signals" marijuana/dispensaries reviewer for the Seattle Weekly, the drive-through window at Sonshine Organics is a feature I've never seen before. To my knowledge, this is the first one in the Pacific Northwest.

Sonshine, at 3211 Yelm Highway SE in Olympia, also hosts the Washington Farmer's Market, which gets growers, medibles vendors and patients together in a very community-oriented atmosphere. While lots of people on the medical marijuana scene use the word "community," some of them actually work to build one, and that's definitely what's going on here.

The Washington Farmer's Market, held from 10:30 to 5:30 he first and third Saturday of the month, features a friendly group of vendors and regular patients I see almost every time I go. Far from being insular and exclusive, though, the folks at the Market warmly welcome newcomers; from the very first time I visited last year, I felt at home.

The Market usually includes about 20 vendor tables, offering a variety of cannabis flowers, concentrates, topicals and medibles. That variety is extremely empowering to patients; good old-fashioned competition helps keep prices low and quality high, and many vendors offer on-the-spot sampling."

I have an old friend who is a biker in Vallejo near where I lived as a teenager who shops at a farmers market, they are everywhere in some states. The drug war. lol.

You have to put it in perspective though, in Portugal they have basically decriminalized drugs and you get some sort of treatment if you are caught with small amounts or yayo or most drugs. In the States and most of the anglo world its a class 1 felony for any amounts of cocaine and now you have almost half the federal prisoner population in prison for a drug offense, so you get some kid serving years for dealing crack who may not have been violent before he ever went to prison, but he sure will be after he leaves.

Portugal is actually alot more progressive than most countries, of course holland, czech republic I think as well. The best is a few of the countries in Latin america. Its pretty obvious to notice the difference in the quality of yayo in latin america but its interesting to compare the drug laws in Colombia,Costa rica, Peru,Bolivia with North America, or at least how these laws in Latin america are enforced concerning small personal amounts. The First World sucks! lol

I read this in costa rica ticas about medellin. I like how he compared the niceness of the girls and the environment in in Medellin versus the "hardened" or 'six million peso woman/bionic chicas and colombianas in del rey in costa rica. Global trotting mercenaries at del rey. lol.

"Wrapping up 10 days in beautiful Medellin, I must say it was the best trip I have had in the four years coming down, and probably the best of my past 6 trips here yet. Being the adventurous type I normally like to experience as much of the area that I can. This means going to the casas during the day in El Centro and the Mayorista at night, as well as taking in some of the bars like FassiII. Sorry to hear that Mango's is now closed and is running as a different bar.

Now I like to think of myself as an experienced mongerer. Living only minutes from the Tijuana border and a frequent visitor every week, as well as having been to some of the top mongering destination spots around the globe, and a long time regular of Costa Rica, i can't help but say for me, Medellin For the price/value and beautiful paisis tops it all. Add to that the great experience at the new hotel Medellin Plaza, I just feel like this is my second home now. Greg, Robert, Alexandra, the entire staff, they make you feel like you're part of a family here. The women now are all new in the last year, and the guys coming are now standard regulars who get along very well with one another. It is rare to find an a €“ hole staying here.

I was very lucky on this trip as we all were in the same mindset having personalities that blended in well. For the majority of my 10 day trip it has been the same group of guys in the house the entire time. This is a slow week for Hotel Medellin Plaza, with the first half of October in particular being semi quiet. Actually this made it very good for us because there were lots of girls and I mean lots of girls every day here at the bar which is a huge hit.

A little about the new set up. Robert has put together a fantastic bar environment inside the house. Drink prices are fair and reasonable. when the guys agree he'll do a fixed price open bar for the night. Opening around 6 PM the girls still begin to arrive around 4pm for happy hour at the pool with drinks provided by the hotel guests. The bar opens around 6 PM and went as late as 5 AM one morning, though 3 AM seems to be more normal with girls coming in all evening until up around midnight. However if you're a late nighter and want more company Robert just needs to pick up the phone to make a call and boom they are there. One note is the word is quickly getting around the Chica network about la cueva bar. Expect very soon to see many new girls coming in each night with the mansion girls. Of course you as a house guest you can always bring your own date. The energy and atmosphere is as good as many bars in town.

One of the many great things about their list of girls is that they are all prescreened, prequalified, and ready to give you the time of your life. Whichever one of the guys is doing the quality-control checks is doing a great job. Not only are these paises very beautiful and friendly, they sure know how to please you and make you feel special. They all know the house rules and are very eager to serve. For someone who has never been here before, Greg and Robert are very selective about the girls they allow here. No one under age, and no bitches - though your mileage may vary. The odds of finding a dud or a bitch are very slim. And you can count on Robert and Greg weeding the bad ones out right away. Personally I am willing to pay the higher price for the safety, convenience, comfort and security of my own room - and the environment of the house. For me, many of my sessions lasted a couple of hours with the girls all too accommodating helping me bust a couple of nuts - all for maybe $200K COP a session.

I would say for the girls, they know that coming here is like playing in the big leagues. The bars are like AAA league, with El Centro and Mayorista being single-A ball at best. The money is very good, the clients are regular, and it's just a great, great hang out. Several nights we all stayed in, chipped in $10-20K ($5 - 9 US) each and took turns cooking dinner for the guests and girls. You can't begin to imagine how that added to the mood of the girls. By the third or fourth day they were calling like crazy to come for dinner and partying, even if they didn't get taken up.

Every day I have been here there have been at least two girls to every guy with one night when we had a birthday party there were over 30 girls just at night for the eight guys staying here. =Never in any of my trips to Costa Rica or to Medellin have I've been so pleased with the availability of beautiful women, the selection and the variety. When I think about the "hardened" Columbianas working at Del Rey and Bar Key Largo, I used to get turned off by their businesslike princess premodona personalities. But since coming to the homeland, I've experienced some of the most sensual, seductive, carinosa women in the world.

One note that has been mentioned in other forum posts is having a Facebook page is a must for keeping in touch with the girls. I got on a few pages the first day and in the past week have friended almost 30 girls linked in to one another. Also, there are no secrets. Everything I've done with the girls this week is old news on the Chica network within 10 minutes after the act.

There is no comparison between the domestic and "export" Colombiana. A provider might work her way from the 'minor leagues' in her home town, graduate to a large city, or take the advice of a friend and go abroad. Sometimes, she might start in her late teens and after five years, have worked their way up from the Colombian Island off he coast of Nicaragua, or Panama (no visa required as a 'tourist' for six months). The next step is the countries that are far away and with higher paying clientele. The major league destinations ranked from Costa Rica (up until the recession), to Aruba, all the way up to Japan/Hong Kong/Macau.

The mansion girls are different. They are different than the casa girls (lower volume of customers/higher pay off per sesssion, more flexibility of customers and working hours), even though they are local. They are also younger and less jaded than the globe trotting mercenary. Since they are local they have less overhead. They also can lead a regular life and really can spend evenings at the mansion while going to school or working a regular job at night. This is the reason why your girl-next-door type at the mansion is not anything like the 'six million peso woman/bionic chica' you encountered at the Del Rey, or Orchid Towers, or Golden Times.
