nah...when i was a kid, i had a buddy who got 2 basketballs for his birthday one year... he re-gifted one of them to his little retarded cousin for a handful of christmas and birthdays...damn thing was nearly dry rotted and was never used in probably 6 years...i remember thinking it was kind of a shitty thing to do, but in the big scheme of things it didnt really matter... i think i swore i would never re-gift after that

It's not something I would do with someone I give a shit about. But I could see doing it if I was involved in yearly Secret Santa or shit like that.

One year, someone that doesn't give a shit about you gives you something you don't give a shit about -----> next year you pass it on to someone else you don't give a shit about.

I don't think I have ever done it but I have no problem with that shit.
