Do you exercise?

I do. 2x a week sometimes more depending what's going on.

My routine for the last 4.5 weeks -

dumbell Fly
dumbell bench press
pushups
bent-over dumbell row
later raise
rotation press

all 2 sets - 8 - 12 reps, i do it as fast as possible - started at 40 minutes now its 25. and the pushups have really increased.

day 2 -
squats
calf raises
30 of each, 2 sets

those clapping pushups you know i dig, thats when u feel it

random ab/arm work with the tower 2000, resistance is weak, i like the motions though - they dont hurt u like normal crunches etc.

after the 1.5 weeks left arm workout which i hate but its only a couple days a week followed by the day after.

in the spring is plyos, pre season style. hope the knee does not give out.

then it is go time, tournaments in king of prussia baby free hot dogs and gatorade.

Run about 2 times a week, swim about 2 times a week. Normally play 2 hockey games a week, and one practice as a coach.

I do 100 push ups ans sit ups in the morning. ALso daily stretching or my back will act up, and I will be wearing a back brace again which is no fun.

If it wasn't for the beer and drugs I would be in great shape.
 
I exercise at least 15-20 minutes almost every day. Sometimes that is bike riding. Sometimes it is walking. When the weather is bad I do a general sort of workout in my apartment.

I seldom miss a day. You won't find a lot of 47 year-olds in better shape.
