. . . that you were a very skilled sniper and it was legal to shoot stuff from your balcony?

I'm thinking mainly of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Well, I guess I'm referring to any really loud motorcycles; maybe they're not all Harley-Davidsons. I don't know.

We get quite a few of them here by the lake and I think it should be legal for me to shoot the tires out from under them as they roar by. I don't want to injure anybody but I would like to cause damage to their property and hopefully put a good scare into them.



These loud motorcycles are definitely not my cup of tea.
 
They're only cool when you're riding them. Otherwise, they're annoying as hell.

I was walking between casinos on the strip the other day and some dickhead kept revving his Harley at the stop light. When the light turned green, he would intentionally hammer on the throttle then let off, hammer on it again, let off, etc. I'm not sure what people like that are thinking. I'm quite sure they do it for attention. However, I'm not sure what the end goal is. It's not like some chick is gonna run out into the street hoping that he swoops her up for a ride off into the sunset. It wasn't only annoying. It was quite baffling.
 
I'd like to note though that restoring peace to the lakeside is only half the plan. The other equally important element is having it legal for me to fire a rifle from my balcony such that the bullets go whizzing really close by people below.

Once I took care of the loud motorcycles I'm sure I could find other targets. I just need some training and a go-ahead from the police.

I wish I could too, I hate how loud they need to be, ever see the south park episode?

Muddy, suggest you don't take the proper training. Training will only clog your judgement when choosing a target. Plus random firing and learning your weapon at the same time is all part of the experience. Happy shooting.
