Happy to report that the milk and eggs from this morning stayed down.

I did make the mistake of trying a workout. Got up to the lateral raises and it was head in toilet time.

I am working through it and it's pretty rough my voice is scratchy and I keep nodding off for small amounts of time.

I lost 7 pounds yesterday and am now what I consider my ideal body weight of 185 lbs but this could have been accomplished using a much more favorible method in my opinion.
