I typically cook turkey a couple of times a month and wanted to try something different. I bought it at the store already stuffed within a stuffed within bird. I didn't realize that it was just the breasts of the birds. I think the stuffing was supposed to give it more flavor, but the stuffing kind of slipped out and under the birds with the exception of the spicy stuffing that was around the duck.
