I think it would be extremely ghey if true. If I was Derek Jeter and I got wind that people were doing that, I would say fok that, I want no part of it. Play the fokken game and let the chips fall where they may.

Reminds me of Michael Strahan setting the sacks record a few years back on a totally stupid play where the Packers and Favre let him walk right in for his sack without resistance like he was some kind of March of Dimes charity case.

No idea if there is truth to it with this Jeter situation.
