The following was my response to the following email I received. Did I go too far?
Thanks but will the flowers stay fresh for 10 years?

Here is the follow up email I received. Apparently they tried to reply to my previous question. :goodsay:
Dear Pavy,

Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that here is some instructions how to care your
flower arrangement:

Your flowers need to drink water for 8-12 hour to perk up. With proper care.
Fill a clean vase 3/4 full with fresh cool tap water and add 1 packet of flower
food. cut 1 inch of the stems under running water and immediately place in vase.
Remove leaves that fall below the water line. Re-cut stems, change water and add
second packet of flowers food on day 3. Keep flowers away form drafts, direct
sunlight, and excessive heat or cold. Remove spent blooms to maintain the beauty
of your bouquet.

We appreciate your inquiries and look forward to serving your gifting needs in
the future.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
us at the address listed below.

Sincerely,

I sent an email requesting the flowers to be send a day after my original online order.

They sent me back an email saying they couldn't do it on the day I requested and the next available day was in 10 years from now.

I replied by asking if the flowers I ordered to be delivered next week will stay fresh for 10 years.

They emailed me back instructions on what to do with the flowers once they arrive to stay fresh.
