Computer whiz help please! IP address shit

Someone's been trying to get into my shari91 accounts and two of the forums have sent me the asswipe's IP address.

What can I do with it to cause them some misery at Xmas time?

Any way of me finding out who they are?

I figure with all of the ghosting and playing with IP's knowledge at this forum someone may know what to do here.

send the ip addy to roguejuror or polaroid and they should be able to tell you the area the addy originates. just my guess

I ran it through one of those online IP address things and it says Houston.

But I'm starting to think this: Hostname: 25.b2.84ae.static.theplanet.com means the IP is static as well. Which might put me shit of luck maybe? Fucked if I know

Google the hostname..its happening all over with the same one. Its a proxy too so tough to track.
