Cleansing Time

Last night was the last night for Guinness for 19 days.

Doing a 5 day "lemonade" cleanse
Then a 14 day protein cleanse.

I tried a GNC cleanse once and it was "meh". Hoping this will be better.

Any of you guys done cleanses?
