I eat one of these pretty much every day - delicious and the crisps are genious http://www.walmart.com/ip/Marketside-Southwest-Style-Chicken-Salad-11.75-oz/17352657
I go through these two, daily or once every two days http://www.walmart.com/ip/Garden-Highway-Foods-Seasonal-Blend-1-lb/15161609
Over at Sheetz you buy one of their nice mugs and you get refills for $.69 I think it is
You can do hard boiled eggs wrapped two at a time at Sheetz or Walmart or 6 at a time if you want to save a buck at Walmart
Steamed veggies are a good buy for a buck or two at Walmart
Free weights at home pwn a gym membership, you just have to be dedicated and pushups are your evil friend
For TV use Sling TV for 20 bucks a month and hd your computer to a tv they caught me on HBO $17 more is ridiculous but shit, it's HBO
You can get one of those super antennas for some local programming if you desire, I bought a cheapie for like $20 and it works good
spend your money on your style and fun and minimize frivolous expenses is the theme, what's the point in a $20 meal at home you're making yourself when a $7 chicken breast with a side and a roll tastes just as good and is probably more healthy so maybe lose Walmart phobia and grow the fuck up you drive a 4 wheeler for Christ's sake
If you need to snack Pringles are a good call. Two for $3 ain't gonna break the bank
You can find some vermin along the road and if you shave and grill it right it goes down pretty easy
Straight talk phone $45/month for unlimited everything, they have some almost decent smart phones these days. I paid about 2 bills for my latest one but it is awesome. Yes you get the cheap/free phone with Verizon/whoever but make sure to be ready to be bent over with no lube by the contract - especially if you have overages
More to come
