while there are subtle differences from country to country it's all pretty much the same, and even though it's mainly produce in the caribbean it's popular latin american wide, there's no border with us like el che used to say, una hermandad de pasion. cami awhile back in another life, when I was far, these songs were one of the few links i had to my past, to my identity. so i used to listen to them and i didn't know x from y but little by little i discovered them. i carried a vallenato cd for like 4 years, it was the only thing I never left behind, my sole possession.

Rog I really enjoyed these, haven't had the chance to listen to all of them yet, been listening in between work task.
There was a beautiful badn my mother and I use to listen to that was latino, the kings or some shit, I can't really remember, but I liked
them.

This chico seems fairly popular.
Not bad.

Funny how that works.
This was years ago though, like 12 years ago or more. So your guess is as good as mine.
