Buffalo at KC -9 @ 5dimes

How often do you see a book like 5dimes leave a line 1.5 pts higher than all other books?
Buffalo at KC -9 ( 5dimes) and -7.5 at Pinny. The ML on Buffalo is the same though.
Is there anything that you would read into this?

It's +9 -125 / -9 +105 as opposed to -110/-110. Pretty standard practice by 5dimes if I'm not mistaken, they usually offer different variants on the line at different prices.

Teaser defense, the bigger question is why pinny is not playing as much teaser defense as in the past, you never used to see 7.5, 2.5, etc there and this year there have been some.
