Didn't cost me ALOT of money, but it did cost me.

These were my bets:

Brazil 3-0 +400
Brazil 2-0 +450
Brazil 4-0 +600

I had two units on the 2-0 & 3-0 and one unit on the 4-0.


I feel better knowing it was a pretty goal, I never watched the game.

I find soccer the toughest game to watch when I have a bet going, I'd rather just see the result.

I've lost almost every bet I've made in the World Cup so far.

The only good thing about my soccer plays is that they are very small wagers.

I've cashed a few nice MLB wagers to make up for my shitty soccer bets.

It was a good loss by North Korea. Fifa rankings are not that good. North Korea was ranked 105th but its safe to say they are at least in the top 50. Reason they are ranked that low is because they don't play many friendlies. I think North Korea can handle Algeria and they're ranked 30th.

They won the AFC Challenge Cup this year (after coming 3rd in 2008) which isn't Champions League standard but at least shows they aren't the worst bad team out there.

They're obviously not as quick or creative as Brazil, but their attackers appear highly skilled, and they play a good positional and composed team game. Hard to say how they would match up against other teams, but I intend to bet on them in the next games.
